Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an Advisory Officer for a 10-week project in Parramatta, NSW. Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance claims, particularly TPD, income protection or disability claims.
• Strong analytical, research and file-review skills.
• Experience interpreting policies, guidelines or eligibility requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer files to identify potential eligibility for TPD insurance claims.
• Assess available insurance, medical, employment and financial information.
• Interpret relevant policy terms, eligibility criteria and supporting documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis to support evidence-based recommendations.
• Prepare accurate case summaries, reports and project documentation.
• Maintain detailed records and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Provide project updates and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with project tracking, deliverables and general implementation activities.
