At TAL, the TPD CoE Claims Technical Specialist plays a pivotal role in contributing to best practice standards and processes for TPD claim assessment and uplifting capability through targeted training and embedding best practice frameworks.
By guiding complex decision making and strengthening standards across our Group and Individual claims team, this role upholds the integrity of our products and promises we make to customers.
