Job summary

Tennis SA is seeking a dedicated leader to drive the tournament pathway from grassroots to professional levels in South Australia. You will oversee the annual events calendar, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with Tennis Australia priorities, while supporting clubs, officials and players across the region.

You will act as Tournament Director for flagship events and promote innovation to grow participation and enhance event experiences, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as

Qualifications

• Experience in sports administration, event management or tournament delivery.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building with clubs, volunteers, officials and teams.
• Proactive problem solver to improve processes and participation.
• Excellent communication to educate, influence and support stakeholders.
• Hold or willing to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and promotion of Tennis SA's tournament pathway.
• Manage the annual tournament calendar and align with priorities.
• Provide education, guidance and support to Tournament Directors.
• Act as Tournament Director for key Tennis SA and SA Pro Tour events.
• Drive innovation and growth across competitive play.
