Job summary

Tennis SA is seeking a proactive events professional to lead the development, delivery and promotion of the province's tournament pathway. You will support players from their first competitive experiences through to professional competition and work closely with clubs, councils and officials.

You will also manage the annual calendar, ensure events meet high standards and align with Tennis Australia priorities while driving growth across competitive play and new tournament opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple events, stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities to improve processes and participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery and promotion of Tennis SA's tournament pathway from grassroots to professional levels.
• Manage the annual tournament calendar and ensure events meet standards and Tennis Australia priorities.
• Provide education and support to Tournament Directors across South Australia.
• Act as Tournament Director for key Tennis SA and SA Pro Tour events with clubs, councils, officials and Tennis Australia.
• Drive innovation and growth across competitive play and explore new opportunities for tournaments.
