Job summary
OzChild is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor – Staying on Track to lead a program in Toowoomba, delivered in partnership with Goolburri Aboriginal Health. The role oversees operations, supports staff, and ensures high-quality service delivery to help young people transition from youth detention back into the community.

Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, youth work, psychology, community services or related discipline.
- Experience leading, coordinating programs and service delivery within youth justice, child protection or related sector.
- Strong staff supervision, stakeholder engagement, report-writing and organisational skills.
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and culturally responsive service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Staying on Track service model.
- Supervise, coach and develop Youth Mentors and Family Practitioners.
- Build partnerships with Goolburri Aboriginal Health, Youth Justice and government/community organisations.
- Monitor program outcomes, reporting, risk management and compliance.
- Promote trauma-informed, culturally safe and evidence-based practice.
