Job summary

Total Tools Gregory Hills is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant with a passion for tools and trades. You will contribute to a growing, diverse business by delivering excellent customer service and sales support on the shop floor.

You'll engage with customers, maintain displays, process orders, and work with a friendly team to hit store targets. Prior retail or trade experience, knowledge of tools, and solid computer literacy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or trade experience is preferred.
• Have a passion for tools and trades.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a strong teammate.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable with technology; computer literacy is a must.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, some public holidays on a standard roster.
• 10 Day fortnight roster – Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales transactions.
• Providing advice and information on products.
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store.
• Processing and maintaining customer orders.
• Greet customers in store and deliver product information.
• Supporting customer queries and offering solutions.
• Driving sales and contributing to store targets.
• Coaching and supporting team members on the floor.
• Managing customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups.
• Maintaining strong merchandising and stock presentation.
