Qualifications

• No prior experience required, attitude and commitment matter most.
• Willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople and follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn from tradespeople in Engineering and Maintenance to design, build, test and repair tools and prototypes.
• Assist tradespeople with engineering and maintenance work.
• Develop practical skills with tools, machinery and engineering equipment.
• Understand technical drawings and engineering processes.
