Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified tradespeople with machining, fitting and assembly tasks
• Operate CNC and conventional machinery under supervision
• Participate in CAD/CAM, 3D printing and advanced manufacturing activities
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
• Perform general workshop duties as required
• Learn and apply engineering and manufacturing best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
