Mayfield Early Education Camberwell is seeking a dedicated Toddler Room Leader to guide a small team in delivering a warm, home-like learning environment where preschoolers feel safe, valued and excited to explore. You will lead practices in child development, partner with families, and support ongoing professional growth.

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education, WWCC, and Child Protection training are required.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF.
• Passion for early childhood education with excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
