Responsibilities

• Oversee complex investigations and enforcement actions with lawful, proportionate responses.
• Coordinate multi-agency operations and taskforces across SA with SAPolice and regulators.
• Lead specialist teams, set priorities and deploy resources for risk-based compliance activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on strategy, evidence, fairness and potential prosecutions.
