Job summary

Law Staff in Brisbane CBD is seeking a lawyer with a strong technology, media and telecommunications background. You will advise major organisations and government clients on sophisticated technology and commercial matters, with increasing ownership of complex matters.

You’ll work within a broader Corporate & Commercial team, gaining direct client exposure and mentoring junior lawyers while handling procurement, privacy and digital platforms work. A collaborative, client-focused practice awaits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PAE in technology, media, telecommunications or broader commercial matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and work with senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technology, procurement and commercial agreements.
• Handle complex technology and data/privacy matters and licensing.
• Collaborate with government and corporate clients on significant matters.
• Provide client exposure and contribute to team leadership and mentoring.
