Qualifications

• 2 to 8+ years specialising in TMT, tech procurement, or commercial technology law.
• Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface directly with key personnel at major enterprise entities and government departments.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value technology procurement, cloud/SaaS agreements, and managed services contracts.
• Advising on telecommunications infrastructure access, network rollouts, and complex commercial joint ventures.
