SERP Recruitment is partnering with a leading global rail technology and engineering organisation to appoint a TMS System Principal Team Lead based in Brisbane. This is a technical leadership role focused on systems engineering and integration, not traditional project management.

You will lead technical discussions on Train Management Systems, translate operational needs into detailed specifications, and collaborate with international R&D teams while strengthening client relationships in

• Proven experience in railway signalling and train control systems.
• Strong systems engineering and integration experience.
• Knowledge of software-intensive systems and their development lifecycles.
• Experience with requirements management and technical specifications.

• Lead technical discussions relating to Train Management Systems and operational railway technologies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand processes and technical challenges.
• Translate requirements into detailed system and software specifications.
• Develop, review and maintain technical requirements and systems documentation.
