Job summary

Hitachi Rail STS Australia is seeking a Principal Team Lead - TMS based in Brisbane, Australia. You will document and communicate solutions for rail clients and gather feedback for R&D on novel integrations within client infrastructure.

The role focuses on leading requirements capture, translating them into technical specs, and coordinating with a global development team to deliver reliable railway solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Rail industry certifications (highly desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in railway signalling systems, particularly Operational systems.
• Experience with ETCS, CBTC, or similar train control systems.
