Job summary

Tissot is seeking a Boutique Technician in Sydney to deliver exceptional client experiences while performing hands-on watch servicing.

As the technical expert in-store, you will provide first-level technical assistance, conduct warranty and in-house repairs, manage service requests, and maintain accurate records. You will support boutique operations and stay updated on product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional, personalised client service in line with Tissot standards
• Assessing service requirements and providing first-level technical assistance
• Performing warranty and in-house repairs, including battery, bracelet and case servicing
• Completing basic mechanical and quartz movement disassembly and assembly
• Conducting quality checks on watches returned from the Service Centre
• Managing repairs, service requests, pre-authorisations and client follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate repair, CRM and service records
• Managing spare parts, stock and daily operational requirements
• Supporting boutique operations, including POS, cashiering and stocktakes
• Maintaining strong Tissot product and technical knowledge through ongoing training
