Job summary

Tissot in Sydney is seeking a Boutique Technician to deliver exceptional client experiences while combining hands-on watch servicing with customer care.

As the technical expert in the boutique, you will perform warranty and in-house repairs, service watches, and maintain accurate repair records, while supporting boutique operations.

Based at Westfield Sydney, you will join a team dedicated to precision and quality, with ongoing training to deepen product and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision with tools.
• Passion for watches, craftsmanship and quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalised client service in line with Tissot standards.
• Assess service requirements and provide first-level technical assistance.
• Perform warranty and in-house repairs, including battery, bracelet and case servicing.
• Disassemble and reassemble basic mechanical and quartz movements.
• Conduct quality checks on watches returned from the Service Centre.
• Manage repairs, service requests, pre-authorisations and client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate repair, CRM and service records.
• Manage spare parts, stock and daily operational requirements.
• Support boutique operations, including POS, cashiering and stocktakes.
• Maintain strong Tissot product and technical knowledge through ongoing training.
