Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia (HMA) in Melbourne is hiring for a Permanent Full-Time Tipper Truck Driver. Deliver quarry products to major infrastructure projects across Metro Melbourne, operating late-model trucks and joining a team of experienced operators.

You will enjoy regular overtime, weekly pay and home every night, with meal allowances and uniform/PPE provided. Requirements include HC/MC licence, tipper experience, White Card, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC licence and experience driving tipper trucks.
• White Card (or willing to obtain) and a pride in truck presentation.
• Safety-first mindset with understanding of CoR and fatigue hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model tipper/truck-and-dog combinations.
• Deliver to Melbourne infrastructure projects including civil works.
• Support team and maintain truck standards and safety.

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate late-model truck & dog combinations maintained to the highest standard by our in-house workshop
• Deliver to Melbourne's largest infrastructure projects including civil, roads, rail and commercial developments
• Join a team of experienced operators who look after their trucks, support each other, and take pride in the job

What You Need

• Current HC or MC licence
• Experience driving tipper trucks
• White Card (or willing to obtain)
• Pride in workmanship and truck presentation
• Ability to problem‑solve and contribute to team outcomes
• Safety-first mindset and understanding of CoR and Standard Fatigue Hours
• FEL ticket and basic mechanical understanding are an advantage (not essential)
