Heidelberg Materials Australia in Melbourne is seeking HC/MC tipper drivers for the Melbourne Tipper Fleet. Deliver quarry products to major infrastructure projects across Metro Melbourne, with regular overtime and weekly pay.

This permanent full-time role offers home every night, modern fleet, meal allowances, PPE, training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC licence is mandatory.
• Experience driving tipper trucks is required.
• White Card is preferred or willing to obtain.
• Pride in workmanship and truck presentation matter.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model tipper truck & dog combinations.
• Deliver to Melbourne's largest infrastructure projects across metro area.
• Join a team of experienced operators and maintain trucks to high standards.

Permanent Full‑Time Role. Drivers regularly earn $95K-$120K+ per year inc. O/T & Allowances. Regular Overtime Available Monday to Friday work, regular overtime and Saturday opportunities. Overtime paid at EBA rates inc. time‑and‑half and double‑time penalties.

What You Need

• Current HC or MC licence
• Experience driving tipper trucks
• White Card (or willing to obtain)
• Pride in workmanship and truck presentation
• Ability to problem‑solve and contribute to team outcomes
• Safety‑first mindset and understanding of CoR and Standard Fatigue Hours
• FEL ticket and basic mechanical understanding are an advantage (not essential)

Operate late‑model truck & dog combinations maintained to the highest standard by our in‑house workshop. Deliver to Melbourne's largest infrastructure projects including civil, roads, rail and commercial developments.
