Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking experienced Tipper Drivers to join our fleet in South Brisbane. You will deliver quarry products to internal plants and external sites, Monday to Friday with potential overtime and weekends.

Base rate is $32.68 per hour plus penalties; PPE is provided and you will operate a reliable fleet. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be expected to prioritize safety, show a strong work ethic, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Holds a Multi Combination or Heavy Combination Licence.
• Quad experience will be highly regarded.
• Results focused, self-motivated and safety conscious.
• Willing to learn and progress within the Heidelberg Materials Transport Department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants and external sites.
• Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Quarry.
• Drive and maintain a safe, reliable tipper fleet.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and team.

About the Opportunity

Heidelberg Materials Australia is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Tipper Drivers to join our growing fleet teams based in South Brisbane. We’re seeking drivers who prioritise safety, are results-driven, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering quarry products to both our internal concrete plants and a range of external job sites.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work depending on operational needs.

• Base rate will be $32.68 per hour plus penalties (1.5 X rate after 8 hours, 2 X rate after 10 hours).

• All PPE and unforms will be provided for you.

• You’ll be driving reliable and well-maintained equipment.

• Loading and delivering quarry products as directed by the Quarry.

• Have effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.

About You:

• Hols a Multi Combination or Heavy Combination Licence.

• Operation of a Semi and truck and dog combinations is not essential but highly regarded.

• Are results focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work.

• Have a positive safety focus.

• Have a good understanding of the Transport Industry.

• Are willing to learn and progress within the Heidelberg Materials Transport Department.

• Quad experience will be highly regarded!
