Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia seeks a motivated Tipper Driver to operate trucks (dog trailers) and deliver aggregates to clients from Gaskell Sands, Red Hill and other Perth metro plants. Expect 4:00–6:00am starts, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday overtime and meal allowances after long shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Heavy Combination licence (HC).
• Experience operating trucks and dog trailers preferred.
• Ability to engage in basic customer conversations.
• Flexibility to work across multiple plants and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tipper truck and dog, delivering aggregates to clients.
• Follow early start schedules 4:00–6:00am, Mon–Fri with 5:30am start.
• Manage 50–55 hours per week with Saturday overtime.
• Maintain safety using route-mapping tech and tracking.
• Interact with customers to establish or maintain relationships.
