Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Tipper Drivers for full-time roles. You will deliver quarry products to internal plants and external sites, with Monday–Friday shifts and potential overtime and weekend work. Base rate is $35.22/hour plus penalties; PPE and uniform provided.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will uphold safety and service excellence. Qualifications include MC/HC licence options, a results-driven mindset, safety awareness, and willingness

Qualifications

• MC or HC Licence Held, or working toward appropriate licence.
• Results focused with a proactive safety mindset.
• Good understanding of the transport industry and operations.
• Willingness to learn and progress within Heidelberg Materials Transport Department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites.
• Load and deliver products as directed by the Quarry Manager.
• Operate and maintain reliable, well‑maintained equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
