Job summary

NICCO Timber Windows & Doors is seeking a dedicated joiner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will interpret shop drawings, assemble doors and frames, and install hardware while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Experience with solid timber is essential; CNC experience is highly desirable. You will work in a team or solo with limited supervision and contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with solid timber.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and finish.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• CNC experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting shop drawings.
• Assembly of doors and frames.
• Installation of door and window hardware / fixings.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.
• Continuous improvement of work practices to improve safety, efficiency and quality.
