Job summary

EVT Group's Thredbo kitchen is looking for a cook to join our alpine team, helping to deliver and develop menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain.

You will work across 9 venues, adapt to different cooking styles, and collaborate with skilled chefs while upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering and developing menus for seasonal functions and events on and off the mountain.
• Collaborate with a team of chefs across multiple venues to maintain quality.
• Contribute to menu variety and service styles across 9 venues.
