Job summary

Great Southern Bank in Brisbane is seeking a Manager, Third Party Management to oversee key supplier relationships, strengthen governance and ensure service providers deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for our customers.

You will work with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance to manage supplier performance, contracts and risk, while supporting APRA CPS 230 compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in third-party or vendor management, procurement or contract governance.
• Strong understanding of contract management, supplier performance monitoring and third-party risk assessment.
• Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with contracts and risk records.
• The ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and deadlines while delivering outcomes.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with risk identification and improvements.
• Familiarity with APRA CPS 230 or third-party risk frameworks is desirable.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
• Business-related qualification; additional procurement/risk certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with MSPs and other key suppliers to ensure performance and contract obligations.
• Partner with business units to guide supplier governance, contract management and risk.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and drive improvements to service delivery.
• Support APRA CPS 230 compliance through due diligence, risk assessments and resilience practices.
• Coordinate contract lifecycles including renewals, reviews and governance reporting.
• Maintain supplier registers, risk logs and compliance records for oversight.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance to manage supplier risks and commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify third-party management processes and improve efficiency.
