Job summary

H2 Health is hiring a Therapy Support Specialist for our Mountain Top outpatient clinic. You will assist with scheduling, check-in, and preparing patients for therapy, while supporting licensed therapists with non-skilled tasks.

You will help maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and support the care team throughout patient visits. This non-skilled role emphasizes assisting with front-office needs, EMR tasks, and patient preparation.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare office experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for patients.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and front-office needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a collaborative physical therapy and occupational therapy environment. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting patients throughout their visit, from scheduling and check-in to preparing for therapy and assisting with non-skilled activities directed by a licensed therapist. These responsibilities align with H2 Health's Therapy Support Specialist role.

Your Role
