Job summary

H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our Outpatient Clinic to design and deliver tailored therapy plans improving functional independence and reducing pain.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a modern clinic, serving patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions.

Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as an OT.
• Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans focused on functional independence and pain reduction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Provide client-centered therapy in an outpatient clinic setting.
