Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to therapy workflows and clinic operations.

You will help prepare treatment areas, assist patients during sessions, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while complying with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

We’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and help create an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinicians. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use
• Assisting patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions
• Monitoring equipment and making adjustments as directed by clinical staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment
• Preparing hot and cold therapy modalities
• Supporting general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16 per hour
• Part-time employees are eligible to accrue sick time in accordance with Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law
