Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Bundaberg is seeking a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. You’ll help with daily routines, care, and activities, and you’ll join a caring team that values empathy and resilience.

We require availability for weekends and overnights, a Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services (or willingness to enroll), and a current driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services OR willingness to enroll.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances.
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
