You will work in a therapeutic model focused on choice, capacity-building and community participation, ensuring consistent, relationship-based support.

Qualifications

• Availability during December 2026 and January 2027.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance current.
• First Aid and CPR current.
• Driver Licence current and reliable vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Promote choice, control and self-determination.
• Facilitate community participation and social connection.
• Support participants to achieve their individual goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
