Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking Christmas casual staff to support people with disability in New South Wales. You will work within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework to promote independence, daily living skills, and meaningful community participation.

You will be part of a caring team, with flexible December/January availability and essential checks such as NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Availability during December 2026 and January 2027
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
• Promote choice, control and self-determination
• Facilitate community participation and social connection
• Support participants to achieve their individual goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
