Kirinari is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports enabling participants with disability to live the life they choose. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships, promoting independence and achieving participant goals within a supportive team.

You'll work within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework and contribute to everyday activities, community participation and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Must have Current First Aid and CPR.
• Must have Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must have Working with Children\'s Check - Blue Card.
• Must have Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Promote choice, control and self-determination.
• Facilitate community participation and social connection.
• Support participants to achieve their individual goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
