Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check (WWCC).
• Ability to build genuine, respectful relationships and practice person-centred supports.

Responsibilities

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
• Promote choice, control and self-determination.
• Facilitate community participation and social connection.
• Support participants to achieve their individual goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
