Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and perioperative experience.
• Minimum of five years post-registration experience.
• Experienced educator, mentor, or preceptor.
• Strong knowledge of nursing competency standards and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate perioperative education programs.
• Provide clinical education and mentoring to nursing staff and students.
• Monitor mandatory training and address workforce education needs.
• Support credentialing, orientation, and ongoing development.
