Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and perioperative experience.

• Experienced educator, mentor or preceptor with passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery, and evaluation of education programs for perioperative practice.
• Coordinate and evaluate education and training to support best practice in the Operating Theatre.
• Provide clinical education, mentoring, and professional support to nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and address workforce education needs.
