Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a part-time Clinical Educator (Acute & Subacute) to join the Education team. The role is 0.8FTE and ongoing, focusing on developing workforce capability and supporting excellence in clinical practice across inpatient services.

You will drive education initiatives, support staff development and foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with LRH priorities and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum of five years post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience delivering education, training, coaching and mentoring for healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, mentorship and support to nursing staff across inpatient areas.
• Deliver and facilitate unit-based and organisation-wide education programs.
• Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers and education teams to identify learning needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate education programs promoting clinical excellence.
• Monitor workforce training requirements and support mandatory education compliance.
• Promote reflective practice and continuous professional development.
