Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking a Tester to support a major digital transformation project, focusing on a proof-of-concept customer portal built with .NET, React and Form.io. The role centers on ensuring portal quality across web, API and integrated systems, with emphasis on test planning, execution and defect management.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams, drive UAT activities, and contribute to QA improvements throughout release cycles in a dynamic environment within Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong manual testing and test planning skills.
• Proven API, integration and system testing experience.
• Ability to create clear test cases, evidence and reports.
• Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Build test plans, scenarios, cases and traceability
• Execute test cycles across web, API and integrated systems
• Validate portal functionality, data flows and system interfaces
• Track defects and support triage through to resolution
• Support UAT, release checks, knowledge transfer and QA improvement
