Job summary

CloudMarc is seeking a hands-on Senior Test Analyst to join an established team delivering a customer portal proof of concept. You’ll plan and execute testing across the portal, online forms, APIs, system integrations and supporting Azure services.

Brisbane-based with three days onsite weekly, starting in the first week of October 2026. You will develop test plans and scripts, execute diverse testing, log defects, and coordinate UAT with business users and stakeholders to ensure quality and

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior test analysis experience in complex delivery environments.
• Strong API testing and system integration skills.
• Experience managing the full defect lifecycle and regression coverage.
• Confidence working with business stakeholders, developers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, cases and scripts with clear coverage of requirements.

• Log, track and retest defects with developers and stakeholders.
• Validate business, non-functional and security requirements including authentication/authorisation.

What you’ll do

• Test portal journeys, Form.io forms, APIs and integrations with other systems.
• Log, track and retest defects with developers and project stakeholders.
• Validate business, non-functional and security requirements, including authentication and authorisation.
• Prepare test data, support release validation and report progress, risks and results.
• Work with business users to coordinate UAT and resolve issues.

What you’ll bring

• Senior-level, hands-on test analysis experience in a complex delivery environment.
• Strong system integration and API testing skills.
• Experience managing the full defect lifecycle and designing effective regression coverage.
• Confidence working with business stakeholders, developers and architects.
• Clear written test reports and sound judgement on quality risks.

Experience with customer portals, Form.io, Azure services, Jira or Azure DevOps would be valuable.
