Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney is seeking an experienced QA/Test Manager to lead testing across HR/payroll and HCM transformation projects. You will define test strategy, govern test plans, and manage SIT, UAT, E2E, and payroll testing with distributed teams.

You\'ll work with Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll systems, drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting, and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Testing/QA.
• 3+ years as Test Manager or QA Lead.
• Experience managing distributed teams.
• Knowledge of test lifecycle and defect management.
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems and HRIS projects.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy, plans, and governance.
• Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Payroll testing.
• Lead estimation, planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate with business, HR, payroll, technical teams, and system integrators.
• Drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting.
• Strong experience in Test Management and QA.
• Experience with Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Payroll programs.
• Knowledge of test lifecycle, defect management, payroll testing, and quality governance.
• Experience with ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
