Ignite in Sydney is seeking experienced Test Lead and Test Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program delivering critical technology and business outcomes. The roles involve testing across complex data platforms, integrations, and digital solutions, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end testing, developing strategies, coordinating teams, defect management, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, integrations, and system testing.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and back-end testing.

Responsabilités

Contract: 12 Months + Extension Options

Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance Required

We are seeking experienced Test Leadand Test Analystto join a large-scale transformation program delivering critical technology and business outcomes. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of complex systems, data platforms, and digital solutions while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Test Lead Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple workstreams
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and execution schedules
• Coordinate testing teams and provide mentoring and guidance
• Manage defect resolution, risks, and quality reporting
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Test Analyst Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scripts
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution
• Support user acceptance testing activities
• Work closely with project teams to ensure quality outcomes

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software testing within complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, integrations, and system testing
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL, back-end testing, data warehouses, or analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, or Teradata is highly regarded
