Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive QA across a strategic digital platform in a financial services setting. You will define the end-to-end testing strategy and oversee testing of platforms, integrations, data flows, and reporting to meet regulatory and security requirements.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and external partners to establish a risk-based testing approach, ensuring go-live readiness and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing and QA for complex digital/SaaS implementations.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong data validation and SQL skills.
• Ability to translate findings into business risk and actions.
• Experience with test automation and non-functional testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Define and deliver the testing strategy, plan, and governance.
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Risk and external partners.
• Ensure data quality, security and privacy controls are validated.
• Manage defects, environments and release readiness.
