Qualifications

• Substantial experience in software quality assurance, including leadership in ETL, data warehouse, data lake, or analytics testing.
• Ownership of testing for complex multi-system data programs from planning through release.
• Experience managing third-party partners, delivery dependencies, and stakeholder expectations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall test strategy, test plan, governance, and quality standards for ETL and data platform programs.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, system, performance, reconciliation, and UAT testing across the data lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing across Amazon Redshift, Fivetran, Databricks, dbt, SAS, and Oracle environments.
• Drive test automation and reusable validation frameworks for pipelines, transformations, and data-quality controls.
• Provide clear quality dashboards and executive-level reporting on progress, coverage, trends, risks, and release recommendations.
• Coach test leads and engineers, promoting engineering best practices in a high-performing quality culture.
