Job summary

SmartestEnergy Limited is seeking an experienced Testing Team Lead to guide testing strategies across internal projects, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Working within the PMO Change governance framework and under the CoE Test Manager, you will own project-level test strategies and plans, partnering with Product Owners, SMEs, Business Analysts and Project Managers to align testing with business requirements and milestones.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a Test Lead role, setting technical standards.
• Hands-on testing across manual, automated, API testing and UAT.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Postman, Azure DevOps, Git and Cypress.
• Ability to lead a team within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategies, plans and completion reports for projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring and control of testing activities.
• Coordinate with third-party software suppliers and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
