Job summary

Detmold Group is seeking an experienced Lead Testing professional to support end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP transformation on an 18-month fixed term contract in Adelaide, Australia. This hands-on role will shape testing processes, drive UAT, and embed a strong testing culture across the business.

The ideal candidate will lead system, integration and UAT testing, develop comprehensive test plans, and report progress to project leadership while managing defect tracking and ERP upgrade

Qualifications

• Experience on Tier-1 ERP projects (Epicor, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Strong testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with integration testing and managing complex test cycles.
• Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organisation and planning skills.
