The Test Lead will define and lead the testing strategy for the digital case management programme, directing a small team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers to deliver high-quality testing across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasises governance, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing for large, complex programmes.
• Proven ability to define testing strategy and governance.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies, plans and approaches.
