Job summary

Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner seeks an Enterprise Test Lead to guide testing strategy within the Technology and Digital Services Team. You will establish fit-for-purpose testing approaches, oversee UAT, and support effective defect management and resolution across initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams, with flexible working options and clear expectations for delivery and governance in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Experience providing test assurance and oversight of system integrator and vendor testing.
• Expertise in defect management and triage.
• Experience supporting and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level testing leadership and assurance.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure fit-for-purpose testing approaches.
• Coordinate end-to-end test execution cycles aligned to business processes.
• Support effective defect management and resolution across projects.
