Job summary

CBHS Health Fund is seeking a Test Analyst to work across business and technology initiatives, planning, documenting and executing testing for project and BAU changes. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers and operations to ensure solutions meet requirements and perform as expected.

You'll contribute to test automation and improve testing delivery while enjoying hybrid work arrangements and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or software testing role.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using test and defect management tools such as TestRail, Jira or similar.
• Hands-on manual testing across Windows, mobile and web-based apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining and executing repeatable test cases.
• Defining test scope and coverage for releases and deliveries.
• Creating and maintaining test data.
• Performing manual testing across Windows, mobile and web-based applications.
• Supporting system, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Reviewing business requirements with Business Analysts before development is finalised.
• Working with Developers to clarify changes and support defect resolution.
• Applying risk-based testing when delivery timeframes are constrained.
• Identifying opportunities to automate repeatable test execution.
