Job description

Your analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement skills, together with your experience in software testing and defect management, will be critical to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities

• As a Test Analyst, you will form part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering quality assurance and testing services that support the Department's digital solutions and business systems.
• Drawing on your experience in software testing and quality assurance, you will play a key role in ensuring technology solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and organisational objectives.
• You will bring to the team your expertise in test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect resolution, along with your ability to identify risks, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support efficient and effective service delivery.
