Job summary

Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is seeking a Sales Representative – Rental Solutions in Emerald. You will drive rental power generation and temperature control solutions for mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial customers across a large Central QLD territory.

Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering and service teams to deliver value, nurture relationships and grow EPSA’s Rental Solutions presence while traveling regionally and remote WA.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in industrial, rental or related environments.
• Proven track record in solution-based selling and achieving sales growth targets.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing a sales territory, customer portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly throughout regional and remote areas.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding EPSA’s presence throughout the region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
