Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is seeking a Business Development Manager – Rental Solutions (West) to identify and secure major rental opportunities across Western Australia. You will leverage mining industry connections to grow EPSA's Rental Solutions presence while delivering value through tailored power generation, temperature control and compressed air solutions.

Qualifications

Proven success in business development, strategic sales or key account management within mining, power generation, industrial or related sectors.
Strong mining industry experience with established customer networks across Western Australia.
Technical knowledge of power generation, compressors, temperature control, electrical, mechanical or related equipment solutions.
Demonstrated experience developing, influencing and winning major projects, tenders and complex customer opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure major rental opportunities across Western Australia.
Build and grow strategic relationships with key mining, industrial and energy customers.
Develop and execute account plans that increase market share, revenue and long-term customer value.
Lead complex proposals, tenders and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
