Job summary

Roy Gripske & Sons is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to service golf courses and turf maintenance customers across Greater Melbourne and surrounding regions. You’ll travel, build relationships with superintendents and greenkeepers, and promote a broad range of outdoor power equipment and greenkeeping products.

The role rewards performance with base salary plus monthly commission, a fully maintained company vehicle, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned Australian business.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance, turf management, outdoor power equipment, or related sales.
• Strong product knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers across Victoria and SA.
• Promote and sell our equipment, parts, and greenkeeping products.
